This accessibility statement applies to the Recordme operations platform and marketing website, available at recordme.io.

This statement was prepared by Recordme. It was last reviewed in May 2026.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 defines requirements to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. There are three levels of conformance: A, AA, and AAA.

Recordme is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working towards full AA conformance prior to the public launch of the platform.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons. We are tracking these as known issues and will prioritise fixes ahead of our public launch.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

• Some complex data tables (e.g. temperature recording grids and rota views) do not have programmatic column and row header associations. This fails WCAG 2.2 criterion 1.3.1 (Info and Relationships).
• Certain dynamically-loaded toast notifications are not consistently announced by screen readers. This is under investigation against WCAG 2.2 criterion 4.1.3 (Status Messages).
• A small number of icon-only buttons in the workforce rota view lack a visible accessible label exposed to assistive technology. This fails WCAG 2.2 criterion 1.1.1 (Non-text Content).

Disproportionate burden

We have not made any accessibility claims of disproportionate burden under the 2018 regulations at this time.

Content not within the scope of the accessibility regulations

Some PDF documents made available via the Documents module were produced by third parties. These are exempt under Regulation 4(2)(c) of the 2018 Regulations.
