For catering and events

“There’s no signal on site, so people write it on their hand and put it in later.”

Checks recorded where the event is, and a dated export for the client.

Record checks, temperatures and deliveries digitally, even with no signal, and keep staff certificates in date.

Event kitchens move from site to site, often with poor reception, and still need the same records.

A day’s records for a site like yours

What a site like yours reaches for first

Essentials plan

Daily checklists

Open the day and see what was done, by whom, at what time, and what was done about anything that failed.

Deliveries and goods in

Record each delivery at the door with its lines, batches, best-before dates, photo and signature, and decide what to accept. If a product is recalled, find which deliveries it came in on in one search.

Allergens and the guest QR page

Anyone on the team, or the guest, can see the answer for today’s menu.

Certificates and reminders

Upload each certificate with its expiry date. The person, and their manager, are told before it runs out. The same reminders cover staff documents and training records.

How it works

One price for the lot

The price is per site and every user is included. No set-up fee. Pay monthly with no minimum term, or annually for a lower price. See what each plan includes.

Worked example. One catering company with 8 staff: Essentials is £45 a month for the site, with all 8 people included. Taking on more staff does not change the price.

Where it stops

  • Offline covers the records you enter, such as checks, temperatures and deliveries. It does not cover every screen.

Questions people ask

Questions

Does it work with no signal?

Yes for the records you enter. They are saved on the device and sent once the app is open and you are back online, and you are told if one was refused.

Can we record delivery temperatures?

Yes. Chilled and frozen lines on a delivery ask for the temperature they arrived at.
