For pubs and bars
“The kitchen fridge sheet is filled in from memory at the end of service, the cellar has its own clipboard, and the rota goes out on WhatsApp.”
Kitchen, cellar and rota records for every house, with the time and person on each.
Keep the cellar and chiller readings, the rota, the accident book and the COSHH records together.
Pubs run long hours with changing casual staff, and the paperwork gets done when someone has a moment.

How it worksOne price for the lot
The price is per site and every user is included. No set-up fee. Pay monthly with no minimum term, or annually for a lower price. See what each plan includes.
Worked example. One pub with 12 staff: Essentials is £45 a month for the site, with all 12 people included. Taking on more staff does not change the price.

Questions people ask
Questions
Does it cover the accident book?
Yes. Accidents and incidents are written down step by step with photos, and reportable accidents carry a RIDDOR flag and a due-date reminder.
Can casual staff use it?
Every user is included in the price, so casual staff do not add to it.
